Title: Interaction of Gravitational waves with matter waves

Abstract: We discuss perturbation of matter waves by gravitational waves using field theoretic techniques. Matter waves include those of scalar, fermions, electromagnetic and Yang-Mill's fields. We find interesting results which provide insights into new ways of detecting the gravitational wave. The results for Yang-Mill's fields are also useful in the study of quark gluon plasma physics.
