Title: From EPR to ER: Gravitational Entropy and Coarse-Graining

Abstract: One of the deepest mysteries in quantum gravity, which continues to drive research over 40 years after its discovery, is the fact that black holes have entropy. I will give an introduction to this entropy and the various ways the community has thought about it. I will then show how "normal" entropy can be converted into gravitational entropy, after some coarse-graining and talk about the implications of this fact. Based on arXiv:2103.14746.
